Our Theory of Change

At Heol Chwarae Rôl - Role Play Lane, we believe that everyone deserves opportunities to learn, connect, contribute and thrive. We recognise that strong families, supportive relationships and connected communities play a vital role in helping children, young people and adults reach their potential.

Our Theory of Change sets out how our activities contribute to positive outcomes for children, families and the wider community. It explains the relationship between the support we provide, the experiences people have when engaging with our services and the changes we hope to see over time.

Developed through community consultation, organisational learning, evaluation findings and lived experience feedback, our Theory of Change helps guide our decision-making, shape our services and ensure that our activities remain focused on the outcomes that matter most.

It reflects our commitment to evidence-informed practice, continuous improvement and creating meaningful opportunities for people to build confidence, develop skills, strengthen relationships and feel connected within their communities.

We invite you to explore our Theory of Change and learn more about the thinking that underpins our work.
