Join us for a lovely wellbeing and singing session with Nia from Singing Mama's! There will be a chance to connect, reflect and sing! Plus you can stay and have coffee and cake after the singing session to further relax and unwind with friends.

'Singing Mamas is a singing circle for women, with or without little ones. It's for all women of ages and life stages.

Research consistently shows that singing enhances physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, making it an ideal activity for mothers seeking support and connection.

We are not a choir, we don't perform, we don't have to get it right, so all of that pressure is lifted.

The mission of Singing Mamas is to empower women through music, offering an accessible and enjoyable way to boost mental health, reduce stress, and build lasting friendships.

In our sessions, we learn simple beautiful songs by ear, line by line. Maybe add a few harmonies and sing in a round. Then we pop on the kettle and crack open the cake.

No judgement. No perfection. No solos. No auditions. No reading music. Just singing together as much or as little as you feel.'

Children are welcome to join and can explore the garage, construction and farm area but the gates to the vocational rooms will be shut.
