Summer ALN Sessions at Capel Y Bont & Role Play Lane
We're delighted to launch a new programme of inclusive ALN sessions for children, young people and families this summer.
Working alongside Key Create, DJ Martin Dibble and Dan Phelps, we're bringing together music, sensory experiences, life skills, drumming and family activities to create opportunities for learning, confidence building and social connection.
Whether you're looking for sensory experiences for younger children, practical Life Skills for teenagers and young adults, or simply a welcoming place to connect with others, we'd love to welcome you.
Sessions include:
💚 ALN Hub Drop-In Sessions
Meet the Role Play Lane team, enjoy sensory activities and find out about local support and opportunities.
🎵 Key Create Music & Sensory Sessions
Creative sessions using music, movement, storytelling and sensory play for children and young people.
🎧 Life Skills Sessions
Music and DJ workshops with DJ Martin Dibble, alongside African drumming with Dan Phelps, helping teenagers and young adults build confidence, communication, independence and friendships.
🥁 Family African Drumming Workshop
A fun, interactive workshop for ALN children and their families at Role Play Lane.
These sessions have been made possible thanks to funding from People's Postcode Lottery, helping us continue to provide accessible opportunities for our community.
Working in Partnership
We believe the best opportunities are created by working together. This programme brings together specialist practitioners, community organisations and Role Play Lane to offer a wider range of experiences for families.
If you're an organisation, practitioner or community group interested in collaborating with us on future projects, we'd love to hear from you.
